Customizable Patch Types

With a low per-item price, great margins, and endless customizability, patches are perfect for fashion brands, companies looking for promotional materials, law enforcement agencies, fire departments, organizations, and more. Sell them on their own, iron them onto uniforms, adhere them to apparel, or hand them out at trade shows to increase brand awareness.

Custom Embroidered Patches

As classic as it gets. Made with fabric backing and textured threading, this iconic patch type is a best-seller for a reason.
These thick patches look and feel high-quality and can support designs with 9+ colors.

Recommended for:
* Organizations
* Motorcycle clubs
* Fashion brands
* Fire departments

Custom Woven Patches

Made with fabric backing and flat threading, custom woven patches are ideal for highly detailed designs. With a thin yet durable
finish, they're better suited for sewing onto clothing than selling on their own.

Recommended for:
* Aquatic brands
* Teams
* Organizations
* Outdoor/athleisure brands
* Corporate swag

Custom Printed Patches

Made with fabric backing and digital- or screen-printed with colored ink, custom printed patches are ideal for gradients and other detailed, vibrant designs. These patches are thinner than embroidered patches and allow for unlimited color options.

Recommended for:

* Very colorful designs, with the most accurate color matching
* Patches that will be sewn onto clothing, bags, hats, or uniforms
* Photorealistic designs

Custom Chenille Patches

The fluffier, the better. Custom chenille patches use a vaulted yarn weave to make a design really stand out with color and texture. They work best with designs with 1-3 colors and minimal detail.

Recommended for:

* Letterman jackets
* Sports teams
* Fashion brands looking for an iconic, All-American look
* Designs with minimal details

Custom Bullion Patches

Custom patches fit for royalty. If you're looking for high-end patches, handmade custom bullion patches are the way to go.

Recommended for:

* Luxury fashion brands
* Ceremonial uniforms
* High-end designs

Custom PVC Patches

For when only the most durable patch will do. Made out of high-quality plastic that feels like rubber, this is our thickest, heftiest patch option. It's waterproof, flexible, and suitable for rather detailed designs.

Recommended for:

* Aquatic brands
* Teams
* Organizations
* Outdoor/athleisure brands
* Corporate swag

Custom Leather Patches

Made with 100% vegan leather, these cruelty-free patches offer a classic, rugged look. With multiple colors available aside from the usual black and brown, faux leather patches add a unique touch to hats, bags, and other apparel.

Recommended for:

* Luxury fashion brands
* Ceremonial uniforms
* High-end designs

Embroidery Coverage Add just the right amount of embroidery to give your design a pop of texture. Choose from 50-100% of embroidery coverage.

Patch Material Choose which base material will form the foundation of your patch: whether it's polyester blend twill, felt, black nylon, camouflage material, vegan leather, or something else.

Patch Backing
Choose from 18 secure patch backing options, including iron-on backing, hook backing, adhesive backing, thin plastic backing, magnetic backing, and more.

Thread Options Make your patch pop even more by adding premium thread options. Choose to add 12+ thread colors to one design or mix it up with metallic thread, neon thread, 3D puff embroidery, or even glow-in-the-dark thread.

Patch Border & Edges There's no border to your creativity… but you may want to add a border to your patch. Choose from an embroidered border, a merrowed border, frayed edges, or no border at all.

Patch Shape No need to confine your designs to a basic circle or square - opt for highly precise custom shapes, formed with a laser-cut, hand-cut, or hot-cut edge.

Other Patch Upgrades Take your patches to the next level with optional upgrades, like button loops, rhinestones, reflective details, and more.

Patchmaker, make you a patch. Start with the basics: what type of patch you're looking for and how many you'll need.

Customize every last millimeter of your patch, from the backing to the shape to the materials used.

Your patch = your canvas. Upload your own pretty artwork if you have it, or work with one of our pro in-house designers free of charge.

FAQ

1.What is the smallest patch you can make?

We can make a patch as small as 0.5" (Printed and Woven) but details are subject to assessment as complicated designs may no longer be legible in the final product if the size is too small.

2.What is the largest patch you can make?

Embroidered Patches: 12"
Woven Patches: 12" overall size
Printed Patches: 18" overall size
PVC Patches: 5" overall size
Leather Patches: 12" overall size
Bullion Patches: 5" overall size.

3.How to get the overall size?

2 ÷ (Height + Width) = Overall Size.

4.Can we order different sizes in one invoice?

Customers can only order one design/size in one order, as every set of specifications requires a whole new machine set up.
